Re: Cindy Crawford wants an answer to cancer
yes, a bombardment would be great...but doesn't every thinking person these days feel just a little bit of trepidation about going so *public* with their radical ;-)
ideas of health and healing? And wouldn't it all fall on deaf ears, and even be thought of as "blaming the victim". I've heard all about how a person ought to "support" another in their cancer experience: usually that translates to supporting the choice to
put it all in the establishment's (sleight-of-)hands. It's a mystery that some do seem to get well, in a fashion, after the cutting and burning. But those who do seem to also have gone through a great shift--oftentimes an emotional 180 degree turn. My sister seems to have come through her cancer *treatment*--but she also took lots of supplements and had bodywork and a naturopath, and lots of prayers and blessings, on top of the chemo and radiation. Mystery... I know she created the cancer out of acidity since she used to even talk about it, relative to a nine year relationship that felt very *karmic* (read: complicated and intense).
she would say, "one of us is going to get cancer"...things were that intense.
as far as everyone from here heading over to tell Cindy where it's at, hmmm...
maybe, but
I think mh manages to keep this place quite nicely decked out, with its crooked signs and junk at the door that he puts out every so often, ( metaphorically-speaking)that would alert the "spooks" not to bother with the occupants :-)
It would be a shame if the place lost its sort of forest fort feel.
*Because I'm sharing about my sister, I'm using my number. It's what she'd want, I feel. Goes to her sense of "support".
