I've posted this before with no response but I think I'm getting bad Acne from casein. I love dairy and don't want to give it up so I'm going to try culturing. I don't think I broke out with kefir. I'm curious about buttermilk though. There's a recipe in Nourishing Traditions to make cream cheese and whey from buttermilk. Is the casein predigested through this process? Will I be able to tolerate both the cream cheese and whey if I take it? Regular raw cheese makes me break out, and I know whey is a concentrated protein source but I want to take both without any effects on my acne.
