I would personally just do a cold- water enema with a little bit of Celtic Sea Salt , since your gastrointestinal tract needs some soothing.
Also, -rest- today. Read a nice book quietly, no musica [unless it's Bach or Mozart.. ;D Smooth Jazz on a low volume], take a nap, watch a calming movie, ect. Sunbathe, too, - rub some coconut or olive oil on you and get outside, just relaxing. I invite you to make that a regular habit. Are your intestines swollen at all right now?
