The Internet Explorer Repair Tool is found in SYSTEM INFORMATION.

When you click START, click on PROGRAMS, then click on ACCESSORIES, then click on SYSTEM TOOLS, then click on SYSTEM INFORMATION.

In that window, there will be choices at the top of the window, click on TOOLS. The menu that shows should include an INTERNET REPAIR TOOL. When you click on that, it will show a smaller window asking if you want to replace a component or REPAIR, choose REPAIR. Tweet
