I've had nothing but problems with msn messenger. First I needed to get the .NET framework 1.1. THat got me in for the first time in too long. Then, I keep having a hard time closing or getting into my mail or the site crashes on me. I then get the prompt to update at microsoft.update.com. Or you could put msn.com in the search engine and look for the updates. Your .NET passport may need updating, as well. If you already have a passport and it's not working, you may need the update (available on microsoft.com or type in .NET passport in the engine). Tweet
