Hello - There are tests for parasites, but they are very expensive and very inconclusive (sp?). PLEASE go to http://www.humaworm.com and read the pages on they symptoms of parasites, how we get parasites, and how we can get rid of them. The skin is our body's largest purifying organ and if it is trying to remove toxins created by parasites (feces, urine and dead parasite bodies) then odor most certainly can occur.
