What do you think all these writers to this site can do...get into a huddle at a coffee ( sorry! herb tea) morning and without education or understanding of physiology etc ad naus. spring a magic solution on the world.s ill health???Get real and do not be so naive. I can understand the great desire to heal onself in a natural manner, but there would not be any ill health at all if parents ate right before considering producing a child..it all begins way before conception...for both parents.
