If you decide to go with grains, the less mucous forming ones are quinoa, spelt, etc.
In a healing phase I would exclude them if it was me. ;-) A nice raw organice juice fast will get things moving. The more mineralized the produce, the better.
Also incorporate colonics, hot and cold showers, sitz baths, detox baths, etc.
Cabbage juice is a great gut rebuilder. Also use raw sauerkraut.
Use himalayan sole(original pink) for a good boost.
