Re: A few questions for Barefoot...
I hope this all won't be too hard. My husband and I are both meat eaters. I'm willing to move towards a vegetarian/fruit/grain diet but he isn't going to be easy in convincing to give the meat up. We have agreed for now to start with giving up pork which is a good thing because we eat pork chops every week and also love bacon and sausage. So we'll start there with eliminating pork and hopefully in time we'll give up the rest too.
There's so much we need to do to clean ourselves up. One of my biggest worries is mercury in our teeth. I have been blessed with good teeth (comes from my Mom's side) and have only had three cavities filled in my entire 30+ years... nothing else has ever been done to my teeth. So it won't take too much work to have the three fillings removed. My husband on the other hand has had so much work done on his teeth (both fillings and root canals), that I don't know how we're going to get him all cleaned up. I mean, I know how... but money and the idea that he may loose the teeth that have fillings/root canals is indeed a roadblock. I'm wondering if there is any "safe" substance out there to fill the holes where the mercury will come out of or if it's best to just lose the teeth and live with it? I guess I'll have to do some more research and reading.
In the meantime, I want to start with some of Barefoot's remedies. I believe he recommended to start first with the LBB. We did a 30 day cleanse with HUMAWORM which worked really well but maybe I'll have to do it again (perhaps with Barefoot's stuff this time) since it seems that other things should be done prior to deworming.
It's all a bit overwhelming. I keep telling myself one thing at a time... one change at a time. It will all come together. I just hope it's before we suffer any big ill effects.
He's got some of the worst eczema I've seen in a person. I count our blessings for now because it could be worse. Could still become worse if we don't hop on it and clean up our health.
