I have been following your journey and your attempts at finding the right ingredients in a foreign land. I understand the difficulties and frustrations.
At the moment I am 'dabbling' in the Master-Cleanse in the sense that I have tried it out but not yet done a full 10 days. I started last week but had unexpected visitors and I knew that there was no way I could follow it through so I'll start again soon.
Best of luck for the rest of the cleanse and hope all is well in Sao Paulo. I adore the Brazilians but never liked Sao Paolo much myself (I used to go for work regularly).
