I have been really working at eating entirely organic over the last 16 - 17 months and have been very successful. I have just taken this one step further by questioning my local organic grocers on their sources for food and seasonal rotation of fruits and vegetables as I would like to focus on locally grown seasonal foods.
Does anyone know of net references to various geographical regions and growing seasons? I would like to supplement what I can pick with from the grocers brain with a little self study and research.
