trying to find an article on the bar coded produce

I read this over the weekend on this site wile exporing and I can't remember where it was. Has any one here read it? It contained info. on the produce organic vs run of the mill chemically enhanced and polluted (haha) Ayway, it was describing the different ways the produce was numbered some started with the 8 and others 9 and that was how the FDA kept track of Organic and the other STUFF.
