Need Help with Chronic Pancreatitis!

In 1995, my friend was first diagnosed with Pancreatitis. Through a period of years this grew into Chronic Pancreatits, and at times, Acute Pancreatitis.

Last April (2005) her pancreatitis was at a low, and it was suggested to her to have her gull bladder removed, so she had surgery to take it out. At that time, it was found that her bile ducts were closing. She had many complications with gull bladder recovery, including the administration of a JP drain and stints in the bile duct, which both fell out after time.

Since then, she found out she had a cyst of fluid where her gull bladder used to be.

Lately, she has been feeling bloated and in a lot of pain, especially after eating.

Please HELP my friend.

What regimen would you put her on? She has been put on enzymes, loratab, and Zanax to help cope with the situation.
