Now add some good quality borage oil and you will be totally free. I also got great results avoiding dairy and eating lots of fruits but for me the final key was borage oil (barleens works great) and avoidance of oleic acid-(look up the key words "oleic acid and Malassezia" and you will see the connection). Oleic acid is found in high amounts in most seeds and vegetable oils. Anyway Im totally clear too now. HTH
