Your initial post ask why 'they' would not elect to take less conspicuous measures? Being aware, yes, to me, doing it in plane site in the sky is about as conspicous and in plain site as it can get, but on the other hand, the mysterious reality is, the masses have been so well conditioned by various of their mainstream comforts that it never even occurs to the average PJ to do something so simple as - look up and observe. I know, sounds too simple "look up!" for crying out loud. Even for relative few who do manage to find within themselves the fortitude to tilt their head skyward, there is another widely programmed phenom awaiting them - scientifically referred to as "slides response", which is the conditioned reaction for people to have their mind's critical thinking skills short-circuited upon the mere suggestion of a topic that flirts with eliciting the ever-present "C word". Sounds far fetched to the masses, but if you have a genuine interest, there is a fairly large body of publicly held evidence available to confirm such situation. Research a bit about Montauk and MK-Ultra, which was and continues to be a government/miltary R&D program for experimenting with mind control of the masses, dates as far back as the WWII era in the late 40s and 50s, and involves such colorful characters as Dr. Mengele, who was imported to the u.S. as WWII neared conclusion so that he could continue his research at the behest of the federal u.S. government. This is not a make believe theory, even the government will admit up to a point that such a program existed, they had to since they were busted on this many years ago, now we are left to believe they are the good little benevolent government that we the masses have been programmed to believe them to be, so we blindly accept that after they were caught read handed in such a traitorous and hideous act, that our benevolent government has forever given up such practices. Along the way you may discover such mothers of all mind-control practices as Tavistock Institute (London) and the branch they installed in the u.S. that many know as Stanford Research Institute. Collectively, Tavistock and SRI constitute a signficant institution raised and maintained soley for the purpoe of R&Ding methods of mind-control of the masses, and who's influence has gradually crept into every institution of significance - education, medicine, finance, and the combined monstrosity known as the federal corporation.


As for chemtrails, when I finally got beyond my slides-responses, looked up, observed, and contemplated, what I saw was obvious, and only requires a bit of related scientific understanding to confirm. Contrails - normal jet exhaust, instantly freezes in the upper atmosphere where normal plane traffic crusises, approximately 30,000 feet; this same normal jet exhaust that freezes at high altitudes quickly thaws within a few seconds. In other words, it quickly dissipiates. Chemtrails are released by planes flying much lower than 30,000 feet, so the frozen exhaust theory falls apart quickly; chemtrails generally do not quickly dissipate, they linger, and widen, and over the period of hours they take on the appearance like clouds, except, they are not clouds. Clouds do not take on the variuos ribbed shapes that are produced when chemtrails have been exposed to high-power RF signals like HAARP.

You ask "who should I be keeping a watch on.... ?", as though it's as simple as -
"watch these people, don't watch those people". It aint that simple, but it is simple that those who insist on simple answers to complex problems are ripe to be mislead. Sorry, I didn't make the rules, but the reality is, few of us really know anythying, very few things of significance can be proven, all we can do is collect evidence here and there and allow it to paint what ever truth it does. The sooner one learns to let go of what they think they 'know' as truth, the better the chances for one to actually realize a truth when confronted with one.

Your comments suggest one of your deeply held truths is that it is inconceivable for our government to be sponsoring a depopulation agenda. Here is a situation where there is some very strong evidence that is a matter of public record; research "Jimmy Carter Global 2000 Report", and you will find evidence of official, archived, congressional records that details how the federal government of the 70s conspired to devise what was at that time a near-future massive population reduction agenda.
