It sounds like you have a good amount of "energy"! Spiritual is best described as believing in a creator (God) is my choice. A god that loves all, does not punish (as in some organized religions). He/She is a being of energy, that created the universe. Wow! This is a tough question to come up with a short, understandable answer too. LOL

Spiritual is love, lessons and experiences. Is the best I can do. Do you have specific questions? I'd be happy to give you "my" answer to them. Because, while it means pretty much the same it doesn't mean exactly the same to everyone.

As for your energy, have you ever tried an healing using your hands? I would highly suggest you look into some hand on healing methods, it sounds like you have the ability to be a healer. Everyone has the ability, from what you describe it sounds like you have an advanced ability.

I'm going to spend a little time trying to come up with a cohernt, easy to understand to your question what is Spiritual. Thanks for asking that question!!
