Always go with your first instinct, it will never lead you astray.

I believe the toys are a combination of your mother's visits and the little girl whom you are to bring in to the world. Chances are your unborn child and your mother have created a bond on the other side. I do see that there is a very good chance this little girl will become a reality in the next few years, probably sooner.

I would suggest, you find a quiet place to sit and bring one of the toys most frequently "played" with and ask whatever questions you would like answers to from your mother and little girl. Remain quiet and the answer will come as a little voice in your head that you do not recognize as your own. Don't be discouraged if you do not hear anything. Although you are open to somethings from the spirit world, this may not be one of them. In this case look for signs outside of your "meeting". You will know it when you see it.
