I have no doubt that the CIA did this to that gentleman. There are other accounts on record as well.

I pity those in the CIA that carry out these orders- and especially those who issue them.- especially after they face death and have to give account for what they did with thier lives and careers that actually HELPED mankind instead of enslaved it.
