Re: starving

Dear 7-4-7,

Don't just eat one apple. Combine it with
a grapefruit, banana, dried prunes, or
whatever suits your taste. Make yourself a
HUGE salad, filled with all kinds of greens
and veggies.

If you gorge yourself on junky, dead foods,
much of the toxic residue stays inside your
intestinal tract. And you still get hunger
pangs, because your body is not getting the
NUTRIENTS it vitally needs.

But when you gorge on raw, living foods,
your body takes out the nutrients it needs,
and then QUICKLY expels the waste material.

I've been eating mostly living foods for
28+ years, and I NEVER get hungry. Hunger
is your body's plea for vital nutrients,
and most Americans badly misinterpret that
plea.

The bottom line (pun intended) is this:
The more living food you eat, the more bowel
movements you will have. BUT IT WON'T STICK
TO YOUR RIBS! I always have at least two BMs
every day. If I eat more living food than
usual, I have three BMs or even four.

So don't be afraid to eat LOTS of fruits and
veggies. And soon, your taste buds will
awaken from the deep sleep they've been in
while you ate (presumably) a lifetime of
dead food and drinks. After several months
of eating living foods, those fruits and
veggies will taste delcicious! Conversely,
a sugared donut will taste hideous. You won't
be able to finish it. Trust me on that.

If you binge on living, raw foods, there is
no downside that I know of.

Blessings,

Owen
