I am still confused about the sauna when you say do not do it in connection with stuctural balancing. does that mean do not do it on the same day as I have structural work done ? also it is a far infrared electric light sauna so only certain parts of my body are heating up at one time; would this be better for me. I was very excited about the sauna and very postitive I was on the right track with it. How would I know if inflammation occurs? I am planning on using it 40 minutes a day. Is there any way I can consult with you directly?
