Get a bowl of heated water and put in 13 grams of good quality CAYENNE PEPPER powder which should be a good red colour for a superior quality. Soak your feet in this for 30 minutes or more and continue till your happy. I can assure you that Cayenne works very quickly and not only destroys fungus etc it also helps the blood to circulate. You should also take internally for superior health and you do so by taking 1 leveled tsp of Cayenne in 250ml of heated water. You may wish to start off with a 1/4 tsp and work up to 1 spoon. Really every morning you should drink 500ml of warm water mixed with a squeezed lemon along with a pinch of Cayenne. This will cleanse the bladder, kidney's, blood and open your bowels.
