Re: Flatulence, constipation, liver flush

Hi,

I know what you mean about the right sided pressure and I think you are correct. I have felt that at times and it was relieved when I did another liver flush. It wasn't painful, but more like an awareness.

I am far from being an expert, really just a lurker. But, if it were me, I would not do another flush unless things are flowing. You risk having the stuff you flush out of your liver getting stuck in your system. My first choice would be a colonic, but that is not realistic for everyone due to cost and location. What I would do then is a plain water enema for immediate relief and/or an herbal colon leanse formula. When you are no longer constipated I would try another liver flush.

I hope someone more knowledgeable chimes in. Please correct me if I have said anything wrong her.

Good luck!
mg
