Hi, the only thing that helped me with my iron levels, was taking black strap molasses, and apple cider vinegar (50/50), mix it in a small jar, and take 1 tbls in a small glass of water before each meal, or morning and evening if you're out all day. When I was very low, I would even add a sachet of Spatone, which is organic iron water. It worked pretty quickly, and stopped me from having to have iron injections, because nothing else had helped.
