Nutri-Biotic is the best. This stuff is a very powerful antibacterial. It can be used to purify water among it's many uses. I've also read that it makes a great wash for veggies. And if used full strength it makes an excellent sanitizer for kitchen cutting boards. I've also used it to gargle and have placed a few drops in nettie pot with saline to rinse sinuses.
