Mental Causes for Eczema by Louise Hay

I enjoy reading Louise Hay's books. Thought I would share what she says in her book, "Heal Your Body" about eczema.

Louise Hay says that all disease are caused by mainly two things: not being able to release anger (especially tied to the liver, which eczema is directly related), and not being able to forgive. Many emotions come from those two base emotions.

I have a small patch on my forehead, and I use German Chamomile essential oil to stop the itch. It seems very strong and works every time. This is my first patch of excema (I typically get hives and typical allergies symptoms). I truly believe in cleansing the internal body, and I'm working on getting started on that now.
