You see what goes in the mouth and what it looks like out the other end of the tube, you are now the world's best doctor.

The mercury filling will fall out if you fast enough as the clean blood will pull more and more out into your system. Better to yank the mercury now while your fasting than wait.

Nuts and cilantro are great, make sure the nuts are all raw.
