I suggest you read Dr. Walker's book, olive leaf extract ($5.99). It explains all 7 forms of herpies and after you read and understand, you will have no fear of herpies.

I would use daily olive leaf and daily oregano as normal, unless i knew I had a problem, then i would just use a stronger dose.

The sitz bath is used 3x daily to cure severe disease. It will draw mucus and you could see it in your arms. legs and body as it travels, but only if you did it book perfect. It works fast enough to get good results the first use. I don't instruct on its use until a person has done the cleanses and finished at least 1 orange juice fast, etc.

It takes allot of understanding to do a sitz bath correctly. The book is over 500 pages.

I suggest 1 drop of pure oregano daily and 2 capsules of olive leaf 3x daily and do not worry about herpies. Worry is more of a disease than diseases are.
