Re: MH, Barley Grass powder

Hello,I think the brushing powder sounds awsome,and plan on ordering some ,But for taking by the tablespoon as a food what brand of barly grass powder do you recommend?

Also I found a good book secondhand from the jellybeen book store
called "Rapid Healing Foods" written by Ben Davis,his ideas and writtings are from a collection of Willam Howard hay's teachings .

How do you like that I go into a used book store and find just what I was looking for...was the highlight of my day.
