It's no surprise to me that this has happened to you. When I was 24, I took a Depo shot and almost right away started getting canker sores, redness on my face, Acne dry cruddy taste in my mouth and eventually developed digestive problems and become intollerant to almost everything. Then I got bad breath, Body Odor and my hair started falling out. It's the livers job to clean out or work with whatever toxins are put into the body. Depo is supposed to stay in your body for 6 or more months. Guess where it sits? My best advice is to go to your health food store and buy G.A.I.A.(guy-u) gel herbs called Milk Thistle Seed. This will help your liver heal greatly from the damage depo provera has been doing to your body. I've tried the other brands besides G.A.I.A and they just didn't work as well for me.
