natural cure for uti

i recently finished a master cleanse and do not want to put anything in my body that is unpure. unfortunately i get frequent uti's and generally have to take some type of Antibiotic for this as well as pyradine for the pain. is there anything natural/herbal to treat this with. and i am well aware of all the preventative issues, so i just need a post-diagnosis treatment. thanks in advance...
