You have an infection

Could be a yeast infection, or bacterial vaginosis. The bc pill is known to cause problems with both of these, and the emergency contraceptive pill is like a megadose bc pill.

However, I'd suggest to visit your doctor. If you are having sex, and you could get pregnant from it you could also get an STD. Men don't necessarily show up as symptomatic, so that your partner SEEMS clean it doens't mean he is. And you are describing symptoms that could be a really nastry yeast infection, but are also early symptoms for alot of STDS.

While you might be tempted to blow that off, consider that alot of STDS can cause permenant damage to a woman and make it so that you never need to use any pregnancy stopping device ever again, since you won't be able to carry a child with a bad case of syphlis or gonnhorea, or even a simple pelvic inflammatory sydrome.
