Are you saying that you basically eat a high fat meal? Because most of my meals are pretty high in fat, and sometimes I eat a LOAD of fat. I could eat 2 pieces ezekiel bread toast with about 3-4 Tbl. olive oil, for example. A pint of ice cream. A whole avocado with a little cayenne, Sea Salt , and lime. Etc. Somebody mentioned pizza. I can (usually DON'T) eat 5-6 pieces pizza, easy. Would the fact that I frequently eat fat mean I need to change my type of flushing? I'm pretty sure cream and berries would not flush my liver although I would be willing to try. Would cream fraiche work? Because I can only find ultrapasteurized cream around here, except for the cream fraiche.
