I did the exact same thing last weekend, without any of the pills. Results were amazing compared to first two flushes. I learned about the second dose of OO/GJ on the Liver Flush Forum . I did lay down for awhile after second dose in the morning. This is the way to go until you get the bulk of those stones out. I'm doing it again this weekend.
