liver flush

i have tried the Liver Flush several times. not a real success story yet, but want to know how to avoid seepege after 2nd day. It has lasted for a week before. Can't work normal hours with this happening. Am I taking too much ES or oil? I need to flush on Sun afternoon after church and be done with it by Monday evening to be back at work on Tuesday. Any suggestions?
