Povidone-iodine

Hi:

I've had the same problem, too. I started reading all the archives here, and found a post about povidone-iodine. It has really been making a difference. I found a hospital-strength bottle at Sav-on Pharmacy, 10%. I'm using it full strength, as the girl here recommended, rather than mixing it as a douche. I looked up some of the research, and it kills the bad bacteria, which makes the lactobacillus re-populate.

Another thing that has been helping me, is using flax seeds in bentonite.

I also looked up the Enzara website mentioned here, which looks interesting. I might try to get some chlorophyll or chlorella at my health food store.

DawnWine has lots of good ideas, too.
