Re: Practice Makes Perfect-9th Flush (calcified stones)

My experience is limited, but I will share with you what I know. My understanding is that the first 5 flushes should be done at two week intervals. After that, flush once a month until the Liver Flushes clean.

I too experienced pain in the liver area after several flushes. I think this is usual and not to be worried about. If your pain is dull it's probably normal. If your pain is acute you may want to do another flush. Remember you've just performed surgery on your liver and it's bound to be sore. Hopefully the soreness, like mine did, will go away shortly.

Why don't you order the book "The Amazing Liver Cleanse" by Andreas Moritz . It explains how to flush the liver in detail, for the most part it follows the procedure of Dr. Clark. Also, it teaches us the importance of cleaning the colon and kidneys before embarking on an ambitious liver cleanse.

Sounds like you have had several productive flushes. Congratulations! As you go along, you will learn bits and pieces here and there. Every flush is different. Keep up the good work!
