ultrasound results after 3rd flush

The ultrasound test for my gallbladder should have been done after my first flush (previous U/S showed a .6cm stone inside). I waited for the 3rd flush and went to the doctor for the test. The technician first did it and it took her a lot of probing to locate the stone and she said she can't find it. So after some more probing which nearly cracked my right ribs, she said that I should wait for the doctor to do the test. Waited some 30 min and the doctor arrived. She took the ultrasound test and told me she can't find any stone.

Yes!!! The test showed no stone. Wahuuu!

But wait, I still feel a lot of discomfort in my stomach, a sense of being "full" and lots of air. Does this mean I have stones somewhere which cannot be registered in he U/S.
