When I went to see a therapist about 7 years ago I was desperately seeking assistance with problems at work.
After years of conventional therapy, attending workshops and reading self improvement books, my second marriage was breaking down, I felt lonely, sad, angry and guilty but it was decreasing commissions and fear of loosing my job that that got me into Jon's office. I told him I didn't believe in that past lives stuff, I just wanted him to help program me for ease and abundance instead of the struggle I'd been experiencing.

After a relaxation process I was guided to allow my unconscious mind to take me back to the "root cause of this problem" Over the next few sessions I experienced several past lives so vividly that I knew it was real.
One when I was accused of being a witch and hung, Another when I was a hunter warrior and destroyed a village taking one of the inhabitants to be my woman. Later she was killed in a counter attack. This left the past life me feeling lonely, sad, angry and guilty.
In each case I was asked to find what emotions were present and what I could learn to overcome these problems, then see my "new future without the problem". After about 5 sessions my life was almost unrecognisable. I had more $ felt peaceful, happier and had attracted my ideal partner (now my wife.)
In one regression I saw myself in the womb of my (this life) father's first wife. I felt the struggle and fear of being spontaneously aborted (miscarriage). I asked my father who had never spoken to us about his first wife before. He told me that she had died of ovarian cancer after having a miscarriage.
In some cases the people who I had issues with in this life were those who I had "wronged" or had other past life issues with. This is often the case with people who I have regressed. Regression usually resolves emotional issues very well and often results in a change in the behaviour of those who are pushing our buttons.
