Could be a glimpse into past life, or future. I know women who have terminated a pregnancy and then years later dreamt of their child at the age that they would have been. They just "knew" that this was their child. Certain souls are always around us, whether in physical form or not. The people close to us in this life have likely been close in other lives as well.

I've been told that my friend's wife, who is very close to me in this life, was my child in a previous life and that she is always around me, supporting me.

Do you have any children?

I have had dreams that made no sense to me at all, and then a few years later I find them coming true. So anything is possible. Only you would know what your dream could mean. Any hunches? Perhaps pay attention to them. We often ignore hunches.
