Report on the oregano oil/coconut oil thingy...

Didn't work.

It soothed, somewhat, but probably because the air wasn't getting to it for a while. Then it was back with a vengance.

I've eaten some junk over the holidays...cheeses, a little sugar, and I broke out with a few hives in various places.

Just read "Don't allow ANY oregano oil on the body's most sensitive skin." So, I stopped.

I'll try the zapping next, I think. Garlic would probably also be too strong, and I eat it regularly, in any case.
