ringworm

my 9 year daughtr is a wrestler. she got ringworm on her arm at a tournament in april 2005 i believe. no one else in her club got it... we used antifungal cream on her for 2 weeks and it went away... a few weeks later it came back. so we decided to take her to the doctor. we knew what it was but wanted to make sure... we were told by the doctor and dematologist it was eczema... so they gave her a prescription of cortizone cream. went away and came back in about 3 weeks. took her to a different derm. said it was eczema again... gave new cream... stayed away for about a month and then came back but now in the same place on her arm and a new place on her face. saw a 3rd derm and finally he said it was ringworm... he gave gris-peg pills 1 month supply and told to use lamasil. stayed away for almost a month and a half now it has come back on her face in the exact same place. went to doctor gave 2 week dose of gris-peg and told to use lamasil.

is this ever going to go away???? it is frustrating that it keeps coming back... Tweet
