Athlete's Foot and Skin Fungus

Foot and body fungus is not as difficult to treat as many people believe. Chronic fungus conditions generally exist because a complete treatment regime is not followed. Fungus can be controlled and healed by doing the following:

Athletes Foot Treatment

1. Keep toes apart using cotton or soft objects.
2. Apply a strong "anti fungal" product
3. If infected, apply a topical antibiotic.
4. Remove dead or scaled skin for maximum treatment benefit.
5. Re-apply high potency anti fungal product to affected areas as necessary.
6. Keep affected areas clean and dry.
7. Change your socks regularly to decrease moisture.
8. Ware sandals or open toed shoes if possible. This may require a lifestyle adjustment.

In short, sun and air help dry Athletes Foot and other fungus. Fungus is incubated and encouraged to grow in moist humid and warm conditions. There are many "anti fungal" products that DO NOT work. The key to effective products is the potency of anti fungal ingredients. Make sure they are backed by research.
