Protien Shakes

My naturopath wants me to have more protien either via a shake or capsule.
The type they wanted to put me on wasn't whey or soy, it was a TYPE of bean though.
Any idea what it is? I want to know the brand if possible.
Also what type of flavoring is it it... sugar? Aspertime (sp).. etc, alls do a number on me especially the fake sugars.
