PH of Plain, active culture yogurt.


The fermentation process causes the PH to be lowered in fermented yogurt and kefir. It goes from the 6.5 range to 4.5 or so.

Your vagina is supposed to be somewhat acidic in nature. About the same PH as the yogurt 3.5 to 4.5. Actually, a healthy vagina naturally creates hydoren peroxide with lactic bacteria.
