Sample schedule for Incurables


This schedule includes eating food and just juicing. It also includes possible menu suggestions for your family while you are doing the Incurables Program, Hallelujah diet, etc. It assumes you have school aged children and a part time job. If you have a full time job, children, and are responsible for meals and housework, you will need extra hands to help you get everything done.

5:30 AM Flushes, quiet time (prayer, read Bible)

6:30 AM Herb drink, detox tea, skin brush, h/c shower, dress, hair, makeup/shave, make bed, children rise/dress/quiet time/run with parent

7:30AM Poultice drink, make & eat b’fast: (banana, grapefruit, pineapple, OR oatmeal + van soy milk + walnuts + ground flaxseed + berries + cinnamon + wheat germ + a piece of fruit, OR omelette + homemade toast + raw honey, 2 prunes, 8 oz fruit juice + 2 T SuperFood + creatine + vitamins + CompleteTissueFormula). Clean kitchen, laundry

8:30 AM Potassium broth, work

9:30 AM Juice + Lewis Labs Brewer’s Yeast Buds + Whey protein, work

10:30 AM Poultice drink, work

11:30 AM Carrot/apple/parsley juice + Solghar’s lecithin flakes + creatine + vitamins + CTF, make lunch: green leafy salad + bell pepper + Celery + cucumber + kale + beets + onions + garlic + apple + carrot + tomatoes + hemp seeds + AppleCiderVinegar + olive oil + wheat germ oil + evening primrose oil

12:30 PM Herb drink and poultice drink, clean kitchen, laundry

1:00 PM 6 oz Stonyfield yogurt + 1 T rice bran + 1 T bee pollen + dried fruit + seeds + 2 brazil nuts, potassium broth, work

2:00 PM Poultice drink, work

3:00 PM Carrot/veg juice + 2 T SuperFood + 1 T wheatgrass, exercise outdoors- work up to 4-5 mph

4:00 PM 1 orange + seasonal fruit such as 1 slice melon/nectarine/mango/avocado, daily chores: sweep/vacuum, dust/wipe glass, bathrooms, pets/plants/porches/patio. Homework, practice, if any.

5:00 PM Herb drink & poultice drink, start dinner: salad + 1)potato, 2)legume/rice, 3)steamed veggies, 4)fish, 5) pasta, 6)veggie or nut butter sandwich/wrap, 7)Kid Night. Homework, practice, if any.

6:00 PM: Dinner. Carrot/veggie juice, Intestinal Formula #1, vitamins, CTF, fruit smoothie, clean kitchen, mop floor, laundry

7:00 PM Straighten house, children’s baths, lay out children’s clothes, put stuff to go out tomorrow by door (book bags, jackets, signed papers, etc)

7:30 PM Detox tea, family devotions or read-aloud

8:00 PM Children’s bedtime (elementary age), work out with weights, study period (high school).

8:30 PM Enema/make potassium broth/cold sheet treatment (or help high schooler with homework LOL)

9:30 PM H/C shower, get ready for bed

10:00 PM High school students get ready for bed, massage (rotate olive, wheat germ, & coconut oil), CTF oil, prayers

10:30 PM Bedtime
