Sample Schedule For "Where Do I Start?"

This schedule would be for someone with a busy family and working part time, or a stay at home Mom. Those trying to do a healing program for something as serious as muscular dystrophy with both a family and a full time job will definitely need help.

This schedule allows for seven hours of sleep per night. Please adjust it if you need more.

Be sure to communicate a lot with your family about what you are trying to do. Sometimes it takes a while for your loved ones to buy into what you are doing. Ask for help, but never demand or expect it. The IP has a lot of hands-on work for your Healing Partners. Always show appreciation for any help you get, or you may lose that help. Love one another.
