Selenium: Brazil nuts and more


Dear ones,

Simply by eating one or two brazil nuts a day will give you and I all the selenium we need. Again, fish (snapper, halibut, cod, tuna) is looking like a friend by giving us added selenium. Other selenium rich foods include button and shitake mushrooms, and barley!
