Vitamin E rich foods: sunflower seeds, almonds, olives...


Hello all,

In addition to wheat germ oil, which I am starting to take a tablespoon of daily, plus massaging into my skin every third day, here is a list of vitamin E rich foods I will add to my diet. In raw, uncooked form, I can have these even on the Incurables Program.
