My husband saw Jerry Lewis live!

Dear ones,

Yesterday my husband went to Dallas to attend a phenomenal motivational seminar which is touring all over the US. He heard such thrilling speakers as Warren Buffet, Rudolph Juliani, Tom Hanks, and Zig Ziglar. How cool is that? He also got to see Jerry Lewis!

John said Jerry Lewis looked great. He has lost a lot of weight and looks so much better than he has in the past few years on the Telethon. He also said Mr. Lewis is very, very funny- much funnier than he comes across on the Telethon. John said Mr. Lewis had some really great things to say, and was one of his favorite speakers.

I, in my typical dumb born-blonde style, asked John if he spoke to Mr. Lewis and said hello. John looked at me like I was nuts and said, "Donna, there were over 40,000 people in the overflow crowd at Reunion Arena where I was. There were 14,000 people in my group alone. I couldn't have gotten to see Mr. Lewis if I had tried."

What I would have given to go.
