OK, thanks, Bob. I didn't know it was a decoction. I thought it needed to be infused. How do you know the difference if there's no big red warning label saying "Donna, THIS IS A DECOCTION!"? LOL
So, for BFC tea, should we make one cup at a time, bringing a small steel pot with a cup of distilled water to boil, throw in what- a TBS of BFC herbs, and let it simmer for 15 minutes before drinking? Is the lid on or off?
Do you throw out the old herbs before making a fresh batch of tea, or can you keep adding fresh herbs and water to the old herbs and just throw it all out at the end of the day?
